Rental Information(Laptop/Lockers/Space)

Rental services are available through online application.
Please review the following items before submitting your application.

The device must be bootable into macOS and have its password disabled upon return. (Penalties will be imposed for violations.)
When applying for rental, please describe the intended use of the laptop and the expected deliverables accurately and in detail. If any false information is provided, measures such as suspension of rental privileges may be taken.
Please observe the rental period.
The borrower is liable for compensation in cases of damage or loss due to careless use.

Lockers are assigned first to those sharing a locker with multiple people, and the remainder are assigned by lottery.
If personal belongings are not removed or the lock is not removed after the usage period expires, they will be disposed of at our discretion, and you will be excluded from future locker assignments.

After use, you must clean the space thoroughly, including any unexplained trash, and turn off the lights. If the space is not properly cleaned, your usage rights will be restricted.
If there is significant unused time during the scheduled usage period, leading to complaints from other students, the usage time may be adjusted.
Regular usage time for a group may not exceed 10 hours per week. For other times, please use as needed.
